When deciding to go all or more raw, it’s really important that you determine and write down somewhere why you are doing it.  There are so many benefits to going raw that it’s hard to not gather at least 10 big ones for yourself.  I’ve put together a list of 40 biggies for me. * Here they are below.  See if you like any of them and if so, make them your own!

1. You get to live a longer and healthier life.

2. High vibration food. It is super healthy for you and usually prepared with love and positive intention. Meaning it helps place your entire being at a higher vibration.

3. You get to live more everyday! Get more enjoyment out of life.

4. More productive. Not slowed down by food comas after meals.

5. Happy food. Good mood food. What other food can make you giggle at the end of the meal?

6. The food tastes and looks wonderful. A sensory treat!

7. You get to play with your food again! The food is a wonderful creative outlet.

8. More centered emotionally. (After your emotional detox!)

9. Feel better–more energetic, more stamina.

10. Think more clearly. Mental alertness increases.

11. Brings new gratitude and appreciative feelings around food and health.

12. Raises your self-esteem. It takes a lot of self-love to do this for yourself. And you feel so special eating this food!

13. Sustainable. Economically, environmentally, animal friendly. 600,000 animals are slaughtered for food every hour.

14. You don’t have to think about counting calories, fat grams, carbohydrate grams, or measuring food ever again. You can get out of “diet-land” forever.

15. Guilt-free desserts! They can really be called health foods! In fact, all this food is guilt free!

16. Body shape transformation. You can naturally normalize to your ideal body weight.

17. You become more limber and inclined to take up more physical activity.

18. You will see results even without adding in an exercise regimen.

19. Need less sleep (most need 1-2 hours less after 1-2 years of being raw) and the quality of sleep is better.

20. Clear skin, white eyes, glowing completion, and shiny hair.

21. Look younger than your age.

22. Raised vibration allows you to “manifest” faster. “You begin to get your magical powers back.” (deliberately create like a pro!)

23. Transformation of consciousness. “Brings us closer to the planet’s vibration with the information we are now putting in us.”

24. You begin to move in the direction of your destiny/dreams more quickly.

25. It opens your mind to new possibilities.

26. Feeling of empowerment over your own health. Feeling of independence from “bizzaro world.”

27. It’s sensual. It’s juicy!

28. You discover and get to eat the best food ever.

29. Digestion improves; there is regularity.

30. You don’t get sick anymore (or nearly as often). This is especially true if you are getting all 92 minerals in!

31. The diet heals! Food is your medicine and medicine is your food.

32. It’s a perma-detox-you’re keeping all of those toxins out and at the same time constantly putting more cleansing foods in your system. You’re not running on clean fuel.

33. Makes real, intuitive sense. Extremely “common sensical.”

34. Save money on vitamins and other pill supplements that don’t even work.

35. Save money on beauty products that only add toxins to your body. Use the food you have in your kitchen instead!
